More information: This is a full clone of Microsoft’s Vidcap32.exe written entirely in VB5, and with full, commented source code. This program weighs in at about half the size of the C version, and can capture full-frame rate video. Compiled to native code, I saw no speed differences between this and the original MS VidCap32 when capturing video with my Winnov Videum PCI. See the About form for more author and application info.
